Return & Exchange Policy


All products purchased from can be exchanged within 7 days only.We Currently Have A Return & Exchange Policy Of 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to or calling at +92-21-300-9264984 in case you want to raise a dispute. Fashion Gene Clothing looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both the parties.
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Fashion Gene Clothing within 7 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Fashion Gene Clothing shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at within 5 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.
  • Items Which Have Any Stains, Emit, Body Odors Or Perfume Scents, Have Any Kind Of Marks, Damages Or Water Stains, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. All Product Tags should be intact.

We want our customers to receive Premium Quality Products. If you think there is a flaw with an item or it does not fit in to the product you have ordered, you can return it back to us. Simply e-mail us your query along with the picture of the defect as proof. If any product is unsatisfactory due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will exchange the product or swap it with another product having same purchase price.
Fashion Gene does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
A “Refund” may only be issued if:

  • The customer cancels the order, before Fashion Gene Clothing starts processing the shipment.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and Fashion Gene Clothing is not willing to process such order.
  • The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.

Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, the colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.


You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Fashion Gene Clothing may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution
